Ketogenic diet summary

  • Eat 25% protein, 70% fat, and minimize/eliminate carbohydrate consumption (<5%).

  • Eating all of your meals in a 4-10 hour window makes your body a fat burning machine!

    • 10 hours is for those that don’t need to lose much weight

    • 4 hours is for those that really need to lose a significant portion

  • For breakfast:

    • Drink lemon/ACV (apple cider vinegar) water (1 ounce lemon for 10-20 ounces water)

    • OR

    • Coffee with no sugar (can add cinnamon or other spices, just no sweeteners)
